In its Summer British Railway Announcements released today, Wednesday, 7th May 2025, Bachmann Europe has revealed the latest additions to its British model railway ranges with new models in the Bachmann Branchline, Graham Farish and Scenecraft ranges.
Added to the N Scale Graham Farish range are four Class 47s, are two in the original British Railways (BR) Green and two in the later BR Blue.
Both are Class 47/4 variants with electric train heating and a full suite of lighting with the option of SOUND FITTED.

New N Scale wagons include the BRA/BYA Steel Carrier and JGA Bogie Hoppers, and the return of the BR 10T Meat Vans, 12T Fruit Vans and 12T Ventilated Vans, all fitted with NEM coupling pockets.
Additions to the Scenecraft range include a Great Central Railway wooden signal box based on the prototype at Rothley Station on the Great Central Railway and a pair of low relief terraced houses.

Already announced in the EFE Rail range are OO Scale London, Brighton & South Coast Railway coaches as used on the Isle of Wight. These include two four-coach packs in SR Maunsell Green and SR Malachite Green, and two in BR Crimson and BR (SR) Green liveries.
A new release this summer is an updated Bachmann Branchline Class 66 diesel locomotive, which will be available with ten locomotives in five liveries in standard, SOUND FITTED or SOUND FITTED DELUXE formats.
Also in the Bachmann Branchline range, and to mark the 60th anniversary of Freightliner, FFA and FGA Freightliner flats will be available as a twin-pack of FGA outer wagons and three single FFA inners, with a choice of original Freightliner containers or contemporary ISO containers and tank containers in a selection of period liveries.
Returning to the Branchline range are BR Mk2F coaches, which will be available in BR Blue & Grey and InterCity Swallow liveries, and a Driving Brake Second Open (DBSO) in a choice of BR Blue & Grey or BR ScotRail pant schemes.
Standard coaches include a Restaurant First Buffet (RFB) in Anglia teal green and Network Rail yellow. Mk2F coaches have the option of DCC On Board pre-fitted with a full suite of lighting, including saloon lights, tail lights with interchangeable lamps or blank, whilst the DBSO coaches have DCC On Board as standard and include directional lights.
In the Bachmann Narrow Gauge OO9 Scale range is a new version of an RNAD flat wagon with three-planked ends and based on one operating at the RNAD Dean Hill site.
