Greater Anglia has announced that they will be sending a Class 755 unit to The Greatest Gathering, set to take place at Alstom’s Derby Works this August.

Tickets are still available for the event, but 3-day tickets and Saturday tickets have now sold out, with only Friday and Sunday tickets being available.

The visit of the Class 755 is subject to operational requirements.

The Greatest Gathering is set to take place this August to celebrate 200 years of passenger railways.

The event will take place between the 1st and 3rd August.
