ScotRail has released an update on weekend train travel with Storm Éowyn battering the country.
The full extent of the damage caused by the storm wont be known until the storm passes and engineers can assess the various railway lines.
Engineers are expected to work through the night to clear debris from the track and attempt to repair extensive damage to the overhead wires.
The train operator says that passengers should not expect any trains to run until 12 noon at the earliest on Saturday 25th January 2025.
