Rail replacement buses will be in operation and amended timetables as follows:

  • 26th January: Track work between and Tamworth / will close all lines, resulting in amended timetables and rail replacement buses being in operation.
  • 2nd February: Track work between and Crewe will mean rail replacement buses being in operation.
  • 8th and 9th February: Track work will take place between and Stafford and will mean trains will divert via Birmngham.

Trains will also be busier than usual as King’s Cross will also be closed on two of the weekends.
