Ahead of the UEFA Champions League qualifier at , has provided travel advice.

The Ibrox club is currently playing their home matches and will be hosting Ukrainian side Dynamo Kyiv, at 19.45 on Tuesday, 13 August.

ScotRail is increasing the seat numbers on trains running between Central and Station.

However, due to the volume of passengers at this time, there is an expectation of longer queue times and passengers should allow extra time for travel.

Everyday customers should be aware that trains will be much busier during game time.

Fans are reminded that Mount Florida station can only be accessed from Cathkinview Road, leading to Bolton Drive via Clincart Road.

Additionally, due to the temporary timetable currently in operation, ScotRail is further advising that passengers check before they travel and book tickets in advance via the ScotRail app.

Using the mTicket system on the app will help to reduce ticket queues and allow passengers to head straight through to the platform.

Extra staff will be on platforms to help fans get to the correct trains.

“We’re looking forward to helping fans travel by train to watch Rangers play Dynamo Kyiv at Hampden Park on Tuesday night.

“We’re adding more services and extra carriages to trains between and Mount Florida to help supporters travel to and from the match, and we’ll have additional staff on hand to help.

“Our advice to customers is to leave extra time for travel as trains are likely to be busier than normal. Buying tickets in advance through our mTickets system will reduce your queuing time.

“Regular commuters who travel home from Glasgow on the line via Mount Florida should be aware that services will be much busier than normal with fans heading to the match.”
