New Crewe – London – Manchester Charter train to be operated by Locomotive Services Group

will start its Friday Charter train service on Friday the 19th of August 2022 with tickets now on sale!

The new charter train service will operate to and from starting on Friday 19th of August followed by:

  • Friday the 26th of August
  • Friday the 2nd of September
  • Friday the 9th of September

The service will depart Station at 14.29 and will operate non-stop to Euston arriving at 16.12. The return leg will leave London Euston at 17.27 and will call at  at 18.40, at 18.54, at 19.14, at 19.40, Crewe at 20.04, at 20.24 and finally arriving at at 20.45.

The special service will operate using their 110mph Electric Locomotives with all first-class air-conditioned coaches which feature comfortable seating, tables and 240v power points. The train will also include two buffet cars on board and will serve tea, coffee, snacks as well as alcoholic drinks.

A spokesperson from Locomotive Intercity Limited commented: “If you are looking to visit London or to head north on a Friday afternoon, this charter train can take you there in comfort and style without the stress of normal rail services”. They added: “with limited tickets available at an affordable price of £75 per person, we recommend booking early to avoid disappointment”.

Tickets are just £75 per person and are limited in number with booking early recommended to secure your seat.
