  • This tour was quite seriously delayed in both directions. On the journey to Carlisle it was some 45 mins delayed leaving from Carnforth once Scots Guardsman had been attached. On the return journey all appeared ready to go at the planned time but then a 95 min delay ensued before finally getting away. Does anyome know the cause of these delays?
