Telling passengers to Manchester Airport to use Northern trains is a bit daft, seeing as miss of their timetable is in tatters due to the RMT strikes.
Better by car or coach nowadays.
Not a good start for the new franchise who took over from Arriva Trains Wales. Reminds me of when SWR first had problems when First Group took over from Stagecoach South West Trains last year.
So much for Arriva not providing a god service new franchise failing already
Repairs or changing the branding?
Could be either, our source of information says repairs 🙂

Michael
