A brief history of Sian

Sian was built in 1963 by Guest Engineering. This locomotive is a sister locomotive to Katie, who is also visiting for the 70th Anniversary Weekend. Early life for Sian was spent at the Fairbourne Railway, in North Wales, when it was a 15in gauge railway. Recently, she has spent time at various narrow gauge railways, including residing at the Cleethorpes Coast Light Railway between 1995 and 1998.
