Recent work on No. 2352 has focused on producing Computer Aided Design (CAD) drawings for components needed. The most recent component produced as a CAD drawing is the crosshead.
The CAD drawings will then be used to build molds, which can then be sent off for each component to be cast, machined and finally fitted to 2352.
The plan is to complete each step (complete all the CAD drawings before making the molds) before moving to the next. The timescale for completing each step depends on the finances available.
The working week has been pushed back, and started on Friday the 9th and ends Monday 19th.
A couple of people are already attending, but more people are welcome to join in and help out.
