Paragon ID has announced that it has teamed up with ScotRail to provide you the latest timetables when they are released.

Paragon ID is a trading name of BemroseBooth Paragon who is the smart ticketing and print solution specialist.

The company will also provide ongoing support for ScotRail as it puts in place a plan that will manage the time-critical distribution of the timetables for the train operator.

The printing company has extended the portfolio of products and services that it offers to bus and train operators and has become one of the largest suppliers to the transport sector in both the UK and around the world.

What did the officials say?

Richard Farmer, Sales and Marketing Director from Paragon ID, comments: “As part of Paragon ID we are now seen by train operators, such as ScotRail, as much more than a ticket supplier; we are now recognised as a smart technology transition partner, as well as a provider of mission-critical print and marketing solutions such as this.”

Sarah McLaughlin, Key Account Director from Paragon ID, comments: “We are very pleased to announce that we have been chosen as the preferred timetable distributor for ScotRail. As a trusted specialist supplier to ScotRail for many years, it’s great to demonstrate that we have the capacity and infrastructure in place to manage a critical service while making recommendations to improve efficiencies.”

David Waddell from ScotRail comments: “Paragon ID has a strong reputation within the transport sector. Working with many of the TOCs we were able to agree this contract knowing with full confidence that they have the experience and expertise required to deliver our brief. We look forward to working with the team and to building on the relationship we have in place.”
