This weeks Throwback Thursdays steams us back to early 2016 as we visit the East Lancashire Railway as they hold their annual Spring Steam Gala.

The 2016 Spring Steam Gala featured all home steam locomotives. This included 34092 City of Wells, LMS Crab No. 13065, No. 32 ‘Gothenburg’, BR Standard 4MT No. 80080 and BR Black 5 No. 44871.

The video features a variety of double headers, top and tailing, freight trains and plenty of steam!
