Last weekend, on Sunday 29th January 2017, the Branchline Society visited the Thompson Park Railway in Burnley, Lancashire.
The BLS was established in 1955 and is Britain’s leading amateur group for the study of railway infrastructure and history of networks.
Their visit brought some unusual shots of passenger trains in the sheds and in sidings.

Also in service were Steam outer/diesel powered loco ‘Ivor’ and also electric tram ‘Kelly’ who were both at the Thompson Park Railway on test, we would love to see them back some time!
Enjoy the video!
NOTE: The railway was NOT open to the public, this was an invite only Railtour
